Art at the X is a national juried exhibition mounted annually by the Department of Art at the Xavier University Art Gallery in Cincinnati, OH.
Juror Deborah Emont Scott is the Director/CEO of the Taft Museum in Cincinnati, OH. Prior to Taft, Scott worked at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, MO for more than 20 years. A graduate of Livingston College
of Rutgers University, Scott worked at the Allen Memorial Art Museum while in graduate school at Oberlin College (Ohio), where she earned a master's degree in the history of art. A frequent panelist for both the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities, Scott is also a graduate
of the Getty Leadership Institute..
